HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY FLOREIA PRODUCTS?

To keep your Floreia items at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics; this includes lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Floreia products should never be worn in the shower, the pool or the ocean. Also pack products carefully for travel, we recommend always storing them in your carry-on luggage.

Display or store well in well ventilated dry area. Clean with soft brush or cloth.

FAQ3: WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING?

All pieces are made-to-order and final sale. The order cannot be cancelled or altered after submitted, and it cannot be returned. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. For wholesale orders, production times vary from 45-60 working days from confirmed bank receipt. Products are created at our discretion, and we will not produce any jewelry containing profane language. If you have questions about your custom piece, please email sales@floreia.com.

FAQ4: WHEN WILL MY FLOREIA PRODUCTS ORDER SHIP?

We process and ship orders from our headquarters in Cebu, Philippines. Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 5-7 business working days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.

HOW WILL MY FLOREIA PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

Your Floreia products will arrive individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they safely get to you. We recommend a jewelry organizer for storage, and a pouch for travel. You can purchase Floreia pouches together with your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship our Floreia pieces  around the globe! At this time, we are excited to offer international shipping to the following countries on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis: USA, Italy, France, Greece, Spain, Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Kingdom.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TIME

Prices are displayed in US dollars, and are exclusive of taxes. All shipping costs, sales tax, and customs duty (where applicable) will be included in the final purchase price during the Order Review section of Checkout.

We process and ship orders from our Cebu, Philippines warehouse Monday through Friday. Processing time for pre-order or custom pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the item page or your order confirmation. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email, or track your order by clicking “Account” and then “My Orders.”

We offer secure one-step checkout with credit card and Paypal for international orders. If your billing address is located in a country that we do not ship to, PayPal will be the only option at checkout.

We do not offer free return shipping for international orders. See below for our full policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

Merchandise sold is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized peices.

SHIPPING METHOD AND FEES

We currently offer FedEx Worldwide to the following countries: USA, Italy, France, Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and United Kingdom.

FEDEX Worldwide Expedite to the rest of the world: $95 shipping charge. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 2-10 business days (M-F) to arrive.

FEDEX Worldwide Economy to the rest of the world: $75 shipping charge. After your order has shipped, it will generally take 3-5 business days (M-F) to arrive.

REFUNDS

Merchandise sold is not eligible for a return or exchange, including custom-made personalized pieces.

VAULT POINTS

Vault Points are not refundable. If you return an order, the Vault Points you earned on that order will be deducted from your account when your return is processed. If you already spent the points earned on the returned order, the dollar value that corresponds to the used points will be deducted from your total return.
