FAQ 1: 

WHEN WILL MY FLOREIA PRODUCTS ORDER SHIP?

We process and ship orders from our headquarters in Cebu, Philippines. Monday through Friday. Orders with standard shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business working days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email. 

HOW WILL MY FLOREIA PRODUCTS ARRIVE?

Your Floreia products will arrive individually wrapped and sealed to ensure they safely get to you. We recommend a jewelry organizer for storage, and a pouch for travel. You can purchase Floreia pouches together with your order.

WHAT INFORMATION DO I NEED TO KNOW BEFORE ORDERING?

All  pieces are made-to-order and final sale. The order cannot be cancelled or altered after submitted, and it cannot be returned. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. Production times vary from30-60 days from receipt of payment. Products are created at our discretion, and we will not produce any jewelry containing profane language.
